A picture on a canvas!? Just like a REAL artist!

I've had a bunch of canvases stacked in a corner for months now. Then last weekend I decided to give one a go. I've never worked on canvas before but I think it didn't come out too badly. It's roughly 20x50x4cm. It was done with acrylics, Posca paint markers and Montana Gold spray paint.

A few obligatory progress shots....

One down, ....four to follow.....

New series of pics!

These are a bunch of pics I made in about the last three weeks. They started as a single doodle (the second flick) but then it got a bit out of control...
There might be prints available of a couple of them if anyone's interested... let me know?

All pics were done on 220gsm A4 Bristol Board using Copic Multiliner SPs, Staedtler pigment liners and Posca paint markers... if you're at all interested...

New(ish) Piece!

I started this pic about six months ago and after penciling the rough outlines I got distracted and started something else. Then a few weeks back I decided it had been long enough and finished it off in a couple of days. It's done with (very skinny) paint markers on the backboard (roughly 60x85cm) of an old frame. There should be a flick of it back in the frame at some point soon.

Vinyl Abuse

It's been a while since my last post but I'm going to blame it mostly on Christmas. And New Years. And laziness...
However! I have actually been working so over the next week or so i'll be posting a few different things I've been working on.

These are my first two attempts at working on vinyl models (or art toys.....?) They're both about 3 inches tall. (You can see bigger images by clicking the pics.)
This first one started off as a KidRobot FatCap model. I used acrylic paint and a very, VERY small brush.

This one is from a range called "Doodle Dudes" (much too cool.... but then again, free is free.) and was done with Copic Ciao markers and Staedtler Pigment liners.

Coming soon....

Thats all for now!
